anothercv provides an ATS-focused resume builder with manual resume creation, AI-assisted writing features, ATS scoring, and PDF export. For privacy questions, contact us at [contact@anothercv.com].

Account data: email address, name, authentication information, subscription status, and basic profile settings.

Resume data: resume content you enter or import, including personal details, work history, education, skills, languages, certifications, uploaded CV text, and job descriptions used for ATS analysis.

Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, device and browser information, diagnostic logs, security events, and approximate location derived from technical data where available.

Payment data: payment status, subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, and billing events. Full payment card details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by anothercv.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, create and store resumes, generate AI-assisted suggestions, analyze ATS compatibility, process subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and communicate important account or service updates.

Where GDPR or KVKK applies, we rely on legal bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage, and infrastructure services used to store account data, resume content, uploaded CV information, and related service records.

OpenAI processes prompts and resume-related content when you use AI features such as inline assistance, resume import parsing, and ATS analysis.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions and handles payment processing, checkout, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and payment-related communications.

We only share data with service providers as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve anothercv.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence by us or our service providers. Where GDPR or KVKK requires safeguards, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational protections.

We retain account, resume, ATS, and uploaded CV data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records after deletion where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.

You may delete resumes or request account deletion. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion.

Depending on your location, including under GDPR and KVKK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive a portable copy of your personal data.

You may exercise these rights by contacting [contact@anothercv.com]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

anothercv may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and operate checkout or security features.
